How do I potty train my dog?

I've tried everything including training pads but Lucky is unwilling to work with me. My parents say if i don't get her potty trained within a month she's going back and I think my life would be turned upside down if she wouldn't be part of it so please if you have had dog's that needed to be potty trained or just know of ways to help please I'm desperate ) :
