Help with meter for poem due tmr.!!!?

It depends on whether you want to scan it accurately, or make it fit into the meter you think the poet meant to use. For example, I don't think "at HER low GATE" is how I'd read it if I were saying it out loud. And "EM-per-OR"? Hardly. It's does appear to be a variation on Iambic Pentameter, but it's important to pay attention to the variations (put there on purpose.) Clearly, the meter alters in the two-syllable lines. The best thing to do is to focus on where there are patterns in the number of syllables, and where those patterns are altered.
