Graphics card slowly getting worse?

I have a GTX 550Ti graphics card for my computer. I used to be able to run CS:S at 120 fps, now I'm lucky if I get 50. It also came with a video stress test which used to run at 600 fps, now I can only get 500 fps. Is there any way to fix this?
